The Lifeboat servers are so much fun, and so great! But in you guys being so Money-hungry you've ruined it. Daily play for free time limit??? Yeah, I read your article, I do my research before opening my mouth, and yeah, I can see where you're coming from. The thing is, you say you can't lay off staff because then there wouldn't be any new maps, no new features, and no new game types. The game would be perfectly fine without those things! I would much rather be able to play for as long as I'd like than get new things that I, and lots of other players, wouldn't even notice!
Now, I wouldn't chew you out without even attempting to understand. I get it, you have to pay for servers and stuff, but if I have tried to understand you, I beg you to try to understand me, and not just me, but everyone else. If you want people to buy your VIP that bad, then this isn't worth it. Listen, I'm aware you probably don't even read these reviews, but if you do, hear me out. I have pride. LOTS of it, too. And I know that most of the other players do as well, and my pride won't allow me to use TEN dollars on a game that I may not even play very much in the future, and the less rights you give to Non-VIPs, the less my pride is going to like the game, and the less my pride will think of VIP. I'm not going to beg any longer that you take feedback by the people who actually play the game and the people who could help improve it, but if you read this, think about it.

Purchase Button??

I want to get the VIP for Survival Games, and it’s said that purchases don’t happen in the app anymore. There is meant to be a “button” somewhere on the screen to make the purchase, but apparently, I can’t find it. I don’t know if this is a trick or something, but the older version of the app was way much easier to go through. I could make my purchases really quick back then, but now that we can’t purchase anything through the app anymore, I can’t purchase what I want to get. If you guys can please put the purchasing back into the app, that would really help a lot. This newer version is really confusing to me, and I get frustrated because of it. Thanks

Just A Problem

I don't use the Lifeboat App for much since it can't do much except check status and buy VIP+ passes. My problem is with past purchases. In my first account, I subscribed to the MVP, and that was fine and dandy until the second month; then it stopped working, even though I kept restoring it. So I ended up creating a new account and since I only played on one server (Capture the Flag), I chose to buy the VIP+ for it. Literally less the four days after, I couldn't login into my account at all or change my account. So I decided to leave that account and make a new account and go on the app to purchase another Capture the Flag VIP+. And what does it do? It won't allow me to purchase it, at all; it says that since I previously bought it, that it'll restore it for free but then it says it wasn't verified by the server. I decided to wait it out, and it has been a month and nothing has changed. I'm stuck playing as a simple player, unable to enjoy the game I enjoyed so well a few weeks before because I can't purchase it again. I don't care if I have to purchase it again, I want to play my game with the VIP+ I bought or have to buy again. It's annoying because I was use to my VIP+ account before and I can't use it anymore because this app says I already purchased it and won't verify it.
